The Customer Information Management team provides an opportunity to learn about utilization of data for marketing purposes. Our team gives Disney businesses, such as Walt Disney Studios, Disney Channel, Marvel and ABC, guidance on optimization of marketing programs by learning about our customers.
Customer Relationship Management Intern, will provide support to our Campaign Managers on development and design coordination of email marketing creatives, audience segmentation, deployment of campaigns, as well as analysis of campaign performance.
Coordinate with various Disney Business Units to gather and prep/export assets for campaign execution
Work on development of campaign reports
Utilize Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop to develop email marketing creative, and export asset deliverables
Assist in monitoring CRM testing, campaign QA, and provide insights of campaigns from performance data
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of HTML
Intermediate Photoshop User
General Online Marketing background
Experience with reporting tools (i.e. Advanced Excel, Tableau)
Experience with email marketing tools (i.e. Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
Knowledge of databases (i.e. SQL/Oracle)
Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite Programs (i.e. Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator)
Experience with Photoshop or Dreamweaver
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class, or be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months at the time of application, or be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program
Junior, Senior or recent graduate degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar field.
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class, or be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months at time of application, or be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program
The approximate dates of this internship are May 2022 through January 2023
Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship [Please share any specific requirements regarding the intern’s work schedule or availability]
