Position Overview
We are looking for a data-driven, user-experience-obsessed inbound marketer who understands the customer journey. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and will work closely with the larger marketing team as well as other teams throughout the company to drive engagement that generates leads. We are seeking someone with demonstrated knowledge of using a marketing, sales, customer service, and CRM software (i.e. Salesforce or Hubspot) to serve as our Digital Inbound Marketing Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes to grow new and existing leads and provide qualified leads to sales team
Manage and build lead, contact, and company lists and ensure properties are up-to-date
Develop messaging pipelines that drive key digital messages to regional levels via email, content pieces, CTAs, mobile messaging, and social channels
Assist in the creation of landing pages, forms, emails, mobile messages, and social posts
Develop and utilize buyer personas and journeysÂÂ
Monitor and maintain data quality, privacy laws, opt-in/out, and user preferences
Establish, train, and maintain scalable processes for key users on CRM platform features, organization, processes, and best practices
Track closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns leads into customers, and continually refine our conversion experience for prospects and customers.
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve the CRM platform
Strategize with the team on digital marketing strategies, data usage, channels, tactics, and other ideas

Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience
Proficient knowledge & experience using a popular CRM software
Strong interpersonal skills – will need to interact and collaborate with multiple departments
Excellent team and communication skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Hubspot certifications
