Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and delivers the strategy for omnichannel digital experiences. Translates the strategy into a roadmap w/ defined milestone deliverables and essential data points to measure the Impact. Creates a culture of digital experience excellence across Marketing and the businesses.
  • Evaluates channels according to metrics such as number of visitors, traffic sources, visitor demographics, session length, conversion rate, and more.
  • Uses a digital experience platformto monitor and assess feedback, data, and analytics, to derive insights and improve and innovate the overall digital and audience experience.
  • Partners with vendors and internal martech teams to ensure Deloitte maximizes the use of platforms and technologies and continually enhances digital experiences.
  • Recommends UX enhancements and strategies to create seamless experiences and provides oversight and governance of UX across digital channels (web, social, email, virtual events) and journeys.
  • Works closely with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategy, key messages, goals, and overall experience.
  • Evaluates, tests, and adapts innovative approaches over time in response to market and technology advancements, business needs, and trends, both short-term and long-term – assessing emerging economic, societal and privacy impacts.
  • Partners with Deloitte's Global and other member firm digital leads to align and contribute to the firm's global digital transformation efforts. 
  • Ensure meaningful audience value is delivered through a mix of best-practice solutions, skills, and original thinking.
  • Monitors current marketing trends, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies – and translates them into new ideas to be employed.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years’ experience in data-driven marketing – with recent experience specifically in web and mobile, Adobe Experience Cloud a plus
  • 3 or more years working in an agency or consulting firm
  • Expert in the areas of digital marketing (email, web, social, SEO/SEM) and leveraging data sources such as CRM
  • Understanding of differences in marketing to clients in different markets and environments – experience in B2B is a must
  • Hands-on skills using data and research to guide decisions
  • Experience translating data analysis into relevant marketing recommendations and executive-level presentations
  • High curiosity, drive, and determination
  • Comfort and experience working within a matrixed organization in roles with a wide degree of latitude
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
