What will you be doing?
As a Digital Demand Manager, you will own the UK Digital team’s relationship with it’s internal customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the Digital projects/programme roadmap, alongside the Digital Product Owners, by aligning Business and team demand, benefits (ROI), funding and capacity.
You will be managing demand and propositions through the new product/demand development funnel, owning the backlog and ensuring work moves through the funnel accordingly. You will ensure resource is allocated appropriately and create a joined up approach and narrative for the investments we are making in Digital.
You will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations throughout the shaping process, ensuring all parties have a clear set of requirements, business benefits and digital KPIs to inform a clear stop/go decision for each demand item.
