Digital Data Management Lead (BI)

Your role in a nutshell:
The main responsibility of the role is designing and managing the data governance processes that drive high quality, timely and complete data provision across Group and Local Markets by initiating, transforming and managing  robust BAU operational end to end governance process to increase cost-efficiency and availability of information to enhance business steering.   
Establishes the governance processes for the programme to ensure proper and timely decision making with all key stakeholders. Reviews and challenges system integrator and local market implementation plans and mitigation actions. Identifies any potential deviations from agreed governance or quality levels and manages stakeholders and teams to resolve the issues.  
Ensure alignment of the systems with ownership of mapping between transactional & financial data warehouses. 

What you will love in your role:

• Initiating, transforming and managing a robust BAU operational end to end governance process as part of Nucleus programme
• Be on the frontlines every day; partnering with the chosen systems integrator, Group and local markets as well as FinOps, BI and IT central teams to help shape and execute the BaU data governance operations
• Manage and mitigate all risks, issues and escalations and report progress in accordance with operational KPIs
• Manage complex Cloud based data warehouses by driving the implementation of system updates and ensure data flow across different reporting tools
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, gaps and leads initiatives
• Occasionally acting as project manager. 
• Leads, manages, drives, coaches and trains new team members, shares knowledge and best practices. 

What will you bring to the team:

• Bsc or higher education in Economics, IT, Finance or related filed
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Project coordination or management skills / experience
• Advanced SQL knowledge, familiar with Cloud technology and functionalities
• Very good understanding and experience of BI and Analytics technology and techniques including knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools
• GCP knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft program skills
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders (incl. band E stakeholders)
• Solid soft skills of leading team members
