Digital Content Designers in Vodafone work in Agile, multi-disciplinary teams to create, update and maintain digital content such as web pages, forms, emails, banners, sales pages, and support content. As part of the Digital Care team, you’ll focus on journeys that help customers to find answers and solve issues online as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

You’ll work alongside UX designers and developers within your immediate team, as well as with a wide range of people from across the business. You’ll need to understand and interpret requirements, identify opportunities, and produce high quality assets that meet deadlines, adhere to Vodafone’s brand and copy guidelines and serve the customer’s needs.

What will you be doing?  

• Writing copy focused on the user needs and guided by analytics data and digital best practice.
• Managing and publishing assets using our content management system.
• Using basic html skills to edit links and revise copy.
• Identifying the best way to use existing assets and suggesting ways to improve them.
• Working with stakeholders across the business to translate their requests into effortless customer journeys.
• Engaging with the content design chapter to bring best practice to life.

• Ability to work to a given tone of voice and align to a brand in your writing.

• Constantly looking to improve through user feedback and input from peers and senior content designers.
• Experience of editing and publishing content using a content management system.
