Job Description

Be part of a small team of innovators with a big impact. Developing digital prototypes, minimum viable products and demonstrations utilising cloud resources including AWS, Twilio and Azure.

Over the past 12 months the team has worked on Conversational AI, Customer Support Avatars, Amazon Alexa Skills, Password-less Authentication, WhatsApp for Business, Cloud Contact Centre design, Facial Recognition, NLP, Social Media Analytics, and leveraging data from API’s.

What you will do:

  • Disrupting the status quo through innovation
  • Work collaboratively and iteratively to develop working POC’s and demonstrations.
  • Working with established software vendors and start-ups to shape use cases and bring bleeding edge innovation and thought leadership to our clients.
  • Working closely with Sales and Account management teams, clients to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Being technology agnostic, finding and using the right tool for the job
  • Demonstrate our work in client events that we manage and host from our state of the are digital studio
  • Fail fast

Your experience will include:

  • Demonstrable experience working with cloud services from at least one of AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Twilio.
  • Working knowledge of databases (SQL, DynamoDB, Mongo)
  • Working knowledge of Web technologies, Microservices and APIs
  • Experience developing Prototypes, Minimum Viable Products or Proof of Concepts
  • Demonstrable experience in automation scripting (Bash, Python or Powershell)
  • Development workflow knowledge including version control (Git/GitHub)
  • Sound knowledge of GDPR and managing personal data.
