Responsibilities:
- Collect demand for stakeholder services, capabilities, and products, taking in consideration the instructions provided by the Digital/Commercial BRM based on the AES digital strategy.
- Primary interface between the Commercial team in Dayton and Digital.
- Identify strategic business opportunities.
- Coordinate resources, manage Business Partner expectations, and integrate activities in accordance with the business across the organization.
- Ensure success of business initiatives arising from the exploration and service engagements.
- Focus on digital awareness, risk assessment, business continuity and business capability requirements.
- Communicate with local business leadership to evaluate joint initiatives and proposals to see how they align with established roadmaps and business priorities.
- Work with the Market Operations team to develop and maintain internal tools for ISO and asset monitoring. Develop, maintain, and enhance customer web-based applications based on contractual needs of external and internal customers.
- Support the Digital IT, DX and Collaboration team as PoC and resolution agent.
- Main point of contact between vendors and Market Operations team for contracted hardware and software.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor´s degree
- Minimum 5-year experience in IT/Digital Areas
- Minimum 5-year experience in commercial operations and marketing initiatives
Preferred experience:
- OSI Monarch SCADA/EMS Systems
- Bid-to-bill Solutions (Adapt2)
- Familiarity with CAISO, ERCOT, NYISO, and PJM ISO software and markets
- VISABILITY hardware and software systems
- Power BI
