What will you be doing?  
As a Digital Change Delivery Specialist, you will manage a diverse range of digital projects (Web, App, Ecommerce and more) in parallel, whilst supporting on larger programmes across Vodafone Consumer and Customer Service & Operations. 

You will facilitate in capturing and analysing business requirements to support the definition of project scope. You will oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are on time and within budget, enabling optimum benefits realisation, whilst ensuring quality isn’t compromised.  

You will identify and manage risks, proactively removing obstacles to ensure smooth project delivery. You’ll present clear targeted communications to a range of key stakeholders, to support business readiness and promote engagement in delivery. 
  

You will ensure that the wider business is engaged and ready for change implementation and work closely with Product Owners, UX team, business and technical colleagues across multiple squads to bring product initiatives to life.
  

Who are we looking for?   

• You will have experience delivering digital/technology change projects from concept to completion. 
• You will be proficient in defined project management methodologies (PRINCE II Practitioner level, Agile or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience)
• You will have a good understanding of digital technology through delivery of Web, App, eCommerce, eSales projects. 
• Ideally you will have experience in Agile development and working with offshore teams. 
• You will be able to manage ambiguity and work flexibly within a complex and cross-programme environment.
• You will have excellent presentation and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access and Visio) skills.
