What will you be doing?  

As a Digital Change Specialist, you will play a key role across a range of digital projects (Web, App, Ecommerce and more), whilst supporting on larger programmes across Vodafone UK, working with different teams across the business to help us deliver our Digital Transformation initiatives. 

You will facilitate in capturing and analysing business requirements to support the definition of project scope. You will oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are on time and within budget, enabling optimum benefits realisation, whilst ensuring quality isn’t compromised.  

You will identify and manage risks, proactively removing obstacles to ensure smooth project delivery. You’ll present clear targeted communications to a range of key stakeholders, to support business readiness and promote engagement in delivery. 
  

You will ensure that the wider business is engaged and ready for change implementation and work closely with Product Owners, UX team, business and technical colleagues across multiple squads to bring product initiatives to life.
  

Who are we looking for?   

• You will have experience working within digital / technology teams. 
• You will be an excellent communicator with an ability to coordinate complex stakeholder groups. 
• You will have good analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. 
• You will have a good understanding of Agile ways of working. 
• You will have excellent presentation and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access and Visio) skills.
• Ideally, you will have an understanding of change management methodologies and how they can be applied to digital transformation. 
• Ideally, you will have project management experience.
