The opportunity.
The Digital Brand Specialist is responsible for achieving customer satisfaction and driving Ralph Lauren revenue by analyzing and optimizing the site experience on Frasers Group’s Digital Fascia’s with a large focus on www.houseoffraser.co.uk in the EU. Their objective is to improve the foundation of the website’s taxonomy and navigation, carefully review product attribution, and analyze data to optimize the customer’s discovery and selection of product. The Brand Specialist will help to update seasonal assets, review product detail pages (PDPs), perform site maintenance, optimize search, optimize browse, maximize vendor assets, create ad-hoc reporting, and use analytics to drive sales and conversion. This position will require leading and joining regular calls with RL and QBRs (quarterly business reviews) with sales marketing, customer service, and other business partners. It will also require a highly analytical and organized person who possesses great communication and presentation skills. Cross-functional partners will include Commercial Managers, Vendors, Marketing SEO, SEM, Analytics, Logistics, Credit, Finance, Customer Service and other stakeholders within the Commercial team.
Drive Digital Sales Performance
Identify online opportunities to increase sales, conversion and profit performance by leveraging site reporting, the customer dashboard, e-mail and HP data.
Strategize and collaborate directly with Ralph Lauren and partner with commercial managers to understand the business strategy, objectives and priorities.
Key Quarterly Business Review (QBR) participant. Provide insights and strategies to determine next steps for best online experience.
Strategic cross-functional relationships (Buying, Marketing, Creative Production, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Internal Site Merchandise Partners) to leverage necessary resources in establish best in class event execution.
Regularly monitor retail landscape to gain insight and develop strategies to improve site experience.
Seek out opportunities to grow the business by improving the customer shopping experience.
Create ad-hoc reporting to drive business decisions utilizing Ralph Lauren data only to protect Frasers Group data sharing.
Other Fascia’s
Regularly monitor other sites including: (House of frasers, Flannels, Vanmildert, Cruise fashion, 18montrose)
Make recommendations to drive sales conversion
Create monthly reports and drive quarterly business reviews
Site Analysis and Set-Up
Alignment of data across all customer touch points and devices, establish best practices across competitive landscape; assist in brand shop execution, search and browse optimization.
Product detail page optimization: inclusive of size & fit Information, attribution, images, and product reviews.
Taxonomy Optimization: manage header fly-out and left-hand navigation (where applicable); work with SEO to develop best practices.
On-site search – optimize failed search terms, act upon trending phrases and key brands.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
1-2 years relevant Digital experience
Past experience within the Fashion Retail industry is a plus
Excellent organization skills
Data driven with strong analytical skills
Effective written and oral communications skills with strong client-service approach
Ability to think proactively, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed
Quick comprehension, fast learner and attention to details
Ideally, knowledge of performance marketing (display & paid social)
Open and team-oriented personality, ability to work cross-functionally
Dynamism, positive energy and enthusiasm
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
Willingness to learn new skills, tools, processes
