The Digital Assets Operations and Platform Resiliency Team is looking for a passionate, self-driven systems analyst to drive operational efficiencies across the crypto ecosystem while advising on functional strategy and identifying strategic End to End process opportunities.  With a focus on quality and keeping all our customer experiences digital, you will build partnerships with teams across the enterprise to define cross company procedures and ensure our platforms have 24×7 run/availability. 

As part of the team you will learn and understand all of the components of the crypto ecosystem, analyze, drive resolutions for, and initiate recoveries from any operations or platform issues encountered with an overall goal of reducing friction for our clients. You will stay committed to increasing your own knowledge and bring the latest thinking to your role by: 

• Ensuring 24×7 platform Run/availability through steadfast focus on production stability
• Advocating for the changing of operations and platform solutions where the result is increased quality, improved customer experience, or reduced firm risk.
• Partnering with technology, architecture, security, and service center teams
• Taking ownership and accountability for figuring out what needs to be done
• Helping to maintain the high level of integrity within the team

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 4-8+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and the supporting analytics as well as an understanding of the broader digital asset ecosystem
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in general
• Demonstrable experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
• Excellent analytical skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technology discipline
• Solid understanding and experience with complex relational database schemas and SQL management tools
• Proven experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, Splunk and APIs
• Agile experience preferred including working with Jira

• Assist in identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of problems within the production and nonproduction environment and perform troubleshooting.
