Your key responsibilities

• Need to work as a Solution Architect on Microsoft .Net/Java/Full stack and its related tools and technologies.
• Engage with key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of an initiative, including owning up-front impact analysis and sizing, defining high-level solutions that maximize quality and ensure strategic alignment to architecture strategies, guiding decomposition of work across teams and products while providing the scoping, sizing, and recommended sequencing of that work, and ensuring that desired solutions are achieved upon delivery.
• Partner with the business to bring technology architecture and innovation perspective to portfolio roadmaps, and otherwise contribute to development of business and portfolio roadmaps.
• Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies.
• Provide leadership by designing and implementing architecture, strategies, guidelines, standards and best practices to ensure interoperability within and outside of client environments.
• Working closely with our clients to understand their business, functional, technical, and implementation requirements.
• Provide key input in technology stack evaluation and recommend technology choices for integrating enterprise applications.
• Lead transformation initiatives such as Cloud native solutions, DevOps, advanced analytics, intelligent automation. Micro services architecture etc. (depending on your area(s) of expertise)
• Collaborate with solution engineering teams and architects to ensure synergy and consistency across solutions (in terms of technology and architecture).
• Help evaluate and make decisions on technologies, tools and overall technology strategy.
• Research, advice and consult on best practices and solutions to improve the quality standards of the application development.
• Collaborating and managing all the project requirements and ensuring the product deliverable are done as per the time lines.
• Define technical architecture and appropriate solutions based on knowledge of best development practices and IT infrastructure.
• Design and govern the reusable accelerators, design patterns and reusable technical components (e.g. error handling, logging etc.)
• Experience advising on best practice guidelines for migration of applications from one tool to another tool or technology.
• Working with the relevant teams to ensure the timely delivery of bids and projects to high levels of quality that provide profitable business.
• Ownership of the overall business & technical solution for client proposals.
• Develop and document detailed architectures for solutions using Microsoft .Net/Java/Full stack technologies.
• Lead and mentor development teams.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, and development teams.

• Have proven experience working with massive applications which are live and have helped clients meet their desired outcome.
• Intermediate or professional experience working with various advanced technologies and managing large teams.
• Have proven experience of organizing the project deliverable by strong Customer facing skills in understanding and meeting their demands.
• Must have wide experience in building Microsoft/Java/Full stack applications. 
• Hands on experience in any one or more platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS.
• Experience defining and communicating solutions for large, complex, cross-functional initiatives, through their full lifecycle.
• Experience building strong relationships with business partners that sponsor initiatives and define goals, value and requirements for their initiatives.
• Experience aligning solutions to architecture strategy, and demonstrating that the architecture/ technical outcomes were achieved.
• Experience defining and communicating shared solution patterns.
• Experience driving technology selection and application.
• Experience defining and contributing to architecture strategy.
• Strong facilitation skills to align multiple stakeholders (business and technology) around a solution.
• Excellent leadership, planning and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in AGILE (SCRUM) methodology and ability to define product life cycle.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, prioritize work, and make independent decisions
• Strong foundation in OO Design & Enterprise Architecture, Design Patterns, and Unit Testing.
• Good knowledge on Technology architecture assessments, strategy definition, Integration platforms.
• Preparation of Design documents, RFP’s, Client presentation materials.
• Understand how to deliver a great and intuitive end user experience.
• Analyse emerging technology, market trends & their potential impacts should be well versed with design.
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills leveraging all available resources.
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences. 

To qualify for the role, you must have

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 12 to 15 Years
• Minimum of two years of experience in Solution Architecture and Design. 

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Participate in the organization-wide people initiatives.
• Mentoring the juniors.
