Job Description
We are looking for a full-time or part-time Analytics Implementation Specialist to own the analytics implementation across all international websites and applications to provide accurate reporting and analysis for the International eComm team.
Key Accountabilities and Measures:
- Maintain and develop the Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics tracking code.
- Own Tealium tag management tool.
- Ensure data integrity and documentation of tracking standards, using a variety of debugging tools and Observepoint audits.
- Provide instructions to developers for changes and additions to current tracking code.
- Work closely with the Lead Digital Analyst, other Digital Analysts in the team and different Engineering teams to ensure tracking satisfies all reporting requirements.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience implementing analytics tracking, preferably Adobe Analytics.
- Proficient in Javascript and HTML.
- Experience using a tag management tool is desirable (Tealium, DTM, GTM, Ensighten) etc.
- Good communicator = able to translate reporting requirements into technical specifications for developers.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and stakeholder management experience and have led projects in the digital analytics implementation space, ideally in a consumer facing organisation (retail preferable).

- People & Leadership skills – communications, leadership and talent development skills.
Essential
- Expert with Adobe (or other) web analytics platforms.
- Experience of working with retail-oriented digital datasets, including Clickstream.
- Expert knowledge of traffic tracking technologies, and the challenges and opportunities presented.
- Knowledge of digital (A/B) testing approaches and methodologies.
- Understand role of reporting in democratising insights.
Desirable
- Bachelor of Science degree in Maths, Statistics, Computer Science or similar is preferable.
- Experience of working within an international organisation, ideally retail ecommerce.
- Hands on experience with complex data sets through SQL application.
- Experience of dealing with more senior stakeholders.
