A bit about the job:

As a digital analyst, you will play a key role in helping to maximise the customer and commercial value across our Digital Estate.  Focus area is to support the delivery of personalised and automated customer processes as well as customer data across our sites to enhance customer experience. You will be combining digital (web / app) to provide deep-dive analysis on customer journeys and propositions as well as working with the business stakeholders and working groups, to ensure decisions are supported with relevant, accurate and timely information.  

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Be educated to degree or post-graduate level, in a numerate or business/marketing discipline, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability developed through industry experience 

  • Have working knowledge of building dashboard, data visualisations through, but not limited to, Excel, VBA, Tableau, Qlikview, Adobe Analytics and have experience working with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

  • Be a highly analytical, energetic problem-solver who thrives on challenge, change and ambiguity 

  • Thrive on communicating and presenting your findings to stakeholders of all levels 

  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts to specialist / non-specialist audiences 

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary between £45k and £65k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
