Capita Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) is looking for a DevOps Engineer. This is a Home-Based role. The DevOps Engineer will join an existing team across multiple projects and clients, supporting both BAU and new build activities as required in an Azure environment. The DevOps Engineer will collaborate with all project delivery and support teams, including developers, testers, DBAs, support analysts and project managers. The DevOps Engineer will drive project teams in the adoption and extension of standard CI/CD pipelines, test automation harnesses, environment build outs, automated deployments and assist with project and production issue triage and resolution.

What you’ll be doing:
ensuring automated build, test and deployment tools and processes are in place
building and configuring environments
deploying and configuring solutions
defining and implementing reusable CI/CD components
performing script maintenance and updates
creating requirements and procedures for implementing routine maintenance
assisting in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues as required
identifying, agreeing and implementing new ways of working to support changing project needs
What we’re looking for:
Eligibility for Security Clearance
Azure Networking experience
Proficiency with provisioning Azure Infrastructure through Terraform
Proficiency with Application deployment such as CRM and SharePoint deployment
Proficiency with Build, Release and Test pipelines
Proficiency with code branching strategies
Proficiency with Azure DevOps
Proficiency with Azure app services, Azure service fabric, Azure application insights, Azure Active Directory, Desired state configuration, Group policies, Automation runbooks.
Proficiency with provisioning Azure hub and spoke architecture
Proficiency with YAML pipelines
Desirably, Server and Database migration to Azure, DevOps standardization experience, Azure Blueprints experience
