As a DevOps Engineer Senior or Lead on the Enterprise Data Solutions Team, you’ll help us to stay at the forefront of the data and analytics to deliver innovative solutions. This is to help organize the data and make it accessible for analysis across all business areas to accelerate data insights and drive enterprise business value. In this role, you'll help Progressive data analysts, data scientists, and other customers across the organization to develop Analytics as Code (AaC) solutions, leveraging Python, containers, infrastructure as code, continuous integration / continuous delivery. You’ll also have an opportunity to investigate new and better ways to accelerate data insights and deploy solutions. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your influencing, collaboration, and excellent communication skills to engage and promote stakeholders across Progressive and lead projects and teams.
Must have qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication, Math) and minimum of four years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions.

Preferred Skills
Analytics as Code (AaC) ecosystem experience, preferably with Python; experience working with Data Analytics a plus
Strong to expert level skills in Docker and Container technologies (experience with Kubernetes a strong plus)
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) working knowledge, such as Terraform, Ansible
Comfortable working in and deploying applications to Linux and Windows environments
Exposure to continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools, such as Jenkins and experience deploying with Cloud Solutions
Compensation
$87,000-$129,250/year depending on the position level and experience
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
