As an Associate Engineer, you will have an opportunity to learn from and contribute to a cooperative team in the Design and Integration of New products. 
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
This person will be responsible for leading or POC for specific products and possess good understanding of Caterpillar Films and Decals(CPM-Corporate Product Markings), Aftermarket Business, Parts Integration and deliver the desired results.
-    Perform Design, Modeling and Detailing of Parts
-    Collaborate Effectively with Internal and External Clients
-    Take accountability for End to End Solutions (Design to Release)
-    Project Estimation and Scheduling
-    Refine and improve Drawing Quality and Velocity
-    Contribute towards New Product Design
-    Provide Aftermarket Solutions
-    Perform Product and Process maintenance
-    Identify Automation Opportunities in every activity performed

Required Qualifications:
•    Engineering degree with 3-6 Years of experience in Product Design and Development
•    Must have a good engineering aptitude
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications:

•    Tools exposure of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop 
•    CREO and other CAD tools Experience
•    Willingness to work on Multiple projects
•    Good Understanding of Safety Regulations and compliance is Preferred
•    Prior Experience on Caterpillar Systems like HVC, Teamcenter, Vis-Mockup(JT)
