What will you be doing? 

•    Drive and continuously improve delivery of Site Design via Cellnex, Cornerstone, VMo2, internal resource, Partners and third parties, in relation to time, quality and cost effectiveness
•    Responsible for all operational issues and escalations (to National Design Lead) that relate to Site Design processes and deliverables
•    Drive innovation to radically simplify site design outputs and deliverables to ensure high accuracy and fast delivery
•    Drive high quality and speed of delivery of Site Solution Documents accurately turning Demand into site specific instructions as a fundamental of accurate, high speed delivery within the deployment factory

Who are we looking for?  

•    Proven professional experience within a Project delivery capacity, with a focus on performance and drive and can demonstrate a consistent track record of delivery
•    Developed stakeholder management skills
•    Ability to establish influential, trust-based relationships across the internal Vodafone teams and with Partners to ensure a strong ‘One Team’ ethos
•    Good understanding of the core technologies, systems, processes and legislative framework that underpin Mobile Networks
•    Project Management qualifications are desirable
