Job Profile
- Manage the assigned portfolio of Private Banking clients and ensure achievement of Business Objectives, whilst maintaining asset quality as per the credit guidelines of the Bank.
- Enhance the portfolio by canvassing new clients, while growing the existing portfolio.
- Meet financial targets by working towards established targets, monitoring actual performance and taking remedial action.
- Relationship, driven by superior service quality with the assigned portfolio of clients in order to ensure full and efficient utilization of limits approved for each client.
- Consistently deliver unparalleled and unprecedented levels of convenience to the customer.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Bank controls and procedures, whilst monitoring and controlling operational activities of the PB Centre and minimize operational losses.
Special Skills
- Outgoing personality with high levels of inter-personal & multi-skills with exposure to Relationship Management, Sales and Service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Conversant in banking operations.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5 years experience in a Bank /Financial institution with exposure to Sales, Marketing or Relationship management.
- 4 years experience in a Bank /Financial institution with exposure to Sales, Marketing or Relationship Management.
- A part qualification in Banking or CIMA/CIM/ACCA/ACA or completion of 2 years of a 3 years Degree Program
