Day-to-day Activities :
- Implement a marketing plan with a mix of programs and channel initiatives that can predictably drive revenue growth for both existing customers and new prospects
- Execute Account-Based Marketing strategies sought at winning specific targeted accounts in conjunction with sales and improving our conversion rates
- Determine and achieve critical metrics
- Partner with the sales team to ensure marketing meets its part of the SLA and ensure the sales team is follows up on marketing demand to lead to predictable revenue
- Drive strategy and execution for demand generation campaigns across all digital and offline channels optimizing revenue contribution
- Track and report marketing and revenue progress to the marketing and sales team
- Focus on the development and management of digital assets (website, landing pages, emails content, and ads), working cross-functionally with individual contributors, agencies, and contract partners
- Champion A/B testing and marketing best practices across the organization
- Support executives in defining organizational goals and strategic plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing communications or marketing operations experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, demanding professional environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience with demand generation professionals
- Recognition as a creative marketer who has a test-learn-refine mindset and has run a high-velocity demand generation function
- Balance of left-brain data obsession and right-brain creativity
- A strong background delivering results across all online and offline demand generation channels and significantly scaling revenue contribution
- Understands alignment and comfortable working with senior sales and commercial leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing channels and funnels
- Shown expertise in both influence and conversion.
- Excruciatingly detail-oriented with the ability and desire to address unique challenges with creative solutions
- Highly motivated, self-starting nature; you respond positively to moderate guidance yet are capable and comfortable with independent critical thinking and problem-solving
- Out-of-this-world project management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects perfectly under tight project deadlines
- Avid learner who prefers to formulate a hypothesis before asking someone else for the answer
- Agility is key; ability to pivot and adapt in a quickly changing environment, without worry
- Stellar interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate with a wide array of people
- Experience with marketing automation (Eloqua) & Oracle Sales Cloud greatly beneficial, but not required
- Hands-on experience with different digital platforms
- Results-oriented, with a strong aim to hit goals and KPIs
- Relevant knowledge of marketing strategies and the current digital landscape
