• Lead and execute on multiple projects in an international environment, adhering to the boarding gate process to enable AIS by working with the specific project managers
• Agree and implement connectivity requirements to enable defined monitoring activities
• Assist security service designers in creating and implementing use cases aligned to customer and CD requirements
• Manage AIS including handover into operations aligned to roles and responsibilities with the CD organisation
• Manage stakeholder expectations including communications
• Work with project managers to assist with any information required to satisfy them of appropriate progress against the schedule and budget
• To own the operational service readiness transition plan, ensuring that all of the required activities (contract review, due diligence, service design, client consultation, oversee technical solutions, process and procedure development and documentation, implementation etc.) are undertaken to allow the smooth transition from the project teams into all Operations delivery functions
• Explore opportunities to consolidate, centralise, and always eliminate duplication etc.
• To review against contractual commitment, agree and approve, then ensure all operational acceptance criteria have been met. Raising exceptions as appropriate
• To manage business risks or issues associated with the transition and highlight any relevant to the relevant senior management team
• To act as the conduit for all communication around the service transitioning into operations ensuring all parties, including the senior management team, have the necessary timely information
• Provide regular project and senior management updates
• Identify lessons learned and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness and ensure these are captured and implemented in appropriate manner (in line with other initiatives such as overall review of operational acceptance criteria, policies, and principles)
• Support functional leads in service integration with knowledge/information transfer, lessons learned and service improvements

Apply if you have:

• Experience of Security Operations Centre (SOC) or similar tooling integration experience for new security devices and processes
• High-level knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) methodology and processes
• Preference for prior knowledge of/experience with data centre production IT experience
• Security processes and service management experience
• Security project management experience
• Ability to work to defined deadlines and project schedules maintaining an agile approach to react to changing requirements and deadlines
• Excellent people and presentation skills (including documentation and process development)
