Work You’ll Do

As an Application & Program Summer Scholar, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional business problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. You should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings effectively.

We recognize that you have unique skills, experiences, and interests and work to align and develop you upon entry to your career to a particular technology solution across our Offerings (such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Core Industry Solutions, Workday, Supply Chain & Network Operations, Quality Engineering or Workday) and begin growing your knowledge in this focus area. As an Application & Program Summer Scholar, you will support the full-lifecycle of software implementations and be aligned to a specific solution within the Firm. Project management skills, such as project plan development and tracking, issue and risk mitigation, status reporting, and documentation support are core functions that this Summer Scholar will perform. An Application & Program Summer Scholar can also work with clients to identify technical requirements, define functional user stories, redesign process flows, configure technical solutions and perform system testing to solve real-world problems. This candidate helps clients in their efforts to create and implement technology driven solutions that can help improve their business processes and performance.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about gaining depth of experience in a specific technology solution to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Additionally, we are looking for an Summer Scholar who is energetic, creative, intellectually curious, self-motivated, and inspires a high level of confidence in team members and clients.

The Team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree completed between December 2022 and Summer 2023 in these related areas of study
• Business (Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance)
• Operations
• Supply Chain
• Information Management / Information Systems
• Economics
• Engineering
• Human Resources
• Insurance

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.3)
• Ability to travel up to 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

How You’ll Grow

Throughout the course of the internship program, you’ll receive formal and informal mentorship and training. Our Summer Scholar training program provides a view both into the technical skills as well as critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets required to make the most of your internship. The program includes a variety of team-based, hands-on exercises and activities.
