Have what it takes to be a great leader? The Deloitte National Leadership Conference is a multi-day event for college and university students who demonstrate leadership potential, who are motivated to learn and grow, and who want to develop keen insights into what makes a strong leader.
What you’ll do
As a Deloitte National Leadership Conference participant, you’ll meet diverse and innovative professionals from Deloitte and participate in hands-on career development workshops and activities. You’ll hone your interpersonal, team-building, and negotiations skills in a dynamic and interactive environment and collaborate with students who share similar professional goals and interests.
Skills you’ll build
During the multi-day conference you’ll participate in interactive activities where you’ll take on the roles of business leaders. You’ll learn how to organize and lead a group to effectively face future business challenges throughout your career. Most of all, you’ll build professional skills and relationships with other outgoing participants and Deloitte team members which will last long after you return home.
