Analysts collaborate with our clients’ business and IT organizations to deliver business-led, technology-enabled solutions that help enterprises adapt to their unique challenges and opportunities. Each incoming Analyst is provided with a range of project opportunities to develop their skills and interests while also building a strong foundation as a future leader at Deloitte.

Work You’ll Do

As a Business Technology Solutions Analyst, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional business problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients across a broad base of industries. You will support strategic business transformation through the application of technology to our clients’ most complex problems, including examples such as: standing up cloud infrastructure, automating a business process using AI, designing innovative experiences for digital commerce using market leading platforms, or developing, architecting, and implementing a technology strategy to support executive-level business objectives. You can capitalize on our cross-industry presence to find your niche and build your individual brand within the organization. In addition to an understanding of business technology solutions, this person should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

A Business Technology Solutions Analyst develops recommendations that optimize the use of technology within an organization, applying strategic technology solutions. We are looking for someone who can move fluidly across both business and IT stakeholders, understanding both the business and applying analytical skills to help clients take advantage of growth opportunities through the adoption of technology.

The Team

Our Deloitte Consulting team plays a major role in directly embedding technology insights into our clients’ organizational goals. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree completed by Fall 2022 in these related areas of study

Business

STEM

Information Systems

Economics

Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics

Liberal Arts

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.4)

Ability to travel up to 80-100% (While 80-100% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
