Application & Program Analysts collaborate with our clients’ business and IT organizations to deliver technology-enabled solutions while bringing effective application knowledge, project management, and delivery approaches to implementation and operate projects. Each incoming Analyst is provided with a range of project opportunities to develop their skills and interests while also building a strong foundation as future leader at Deloitte.

Work You’ll Do

As an Application & Program Analyst, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional business problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. You should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings effectively.

As an Application & Program Analyst, you will support the full-lifecycle of software implementations and be aligned to a specific solution within the Firm. Project management skills, such as project plan development and tracking, issue and risk mitigation, status reporting, and documentation support are core functions that this Analyst will perform. An Application & Program Analyst can also work with clients to identify technical requirements, define functional user stories, redesign process flows, configure technical solutions and perform system testing to solve real-world problems. This candidate helps clients in their efforts to create and implement technology driven solutions that can help improve their business processes and performance.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about gaining depth of experience in a specific technology solution to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Additionally, we are looking for an Analyst who is energetic, creative, intellectually curious, self-motivated, and inspires a high level of confidence in team members and clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree completed by Summer 2022 in these related areas of study
• Business (Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance)
• Operations
• Supply Chain
• Information Management / Information Systems
• Economics
• Engineering
• Human Resources
• Insurance

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.3)
• Ability to travel up to 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
