• Critical thinkers and storytellers with a bias for action and a desire to architect and launch complex transformations to bring strategies to life, delivering real-time, tangible value to their clients across the enterprise or in core functions
• Tech-savvy architects that can bridge the gap between business and technology, leveraging, architecting, and implementing technology-backed solutions to solve complex business challenges
• Purpose-driven innovators who are passionate about creating insights that bring change and drive long-lasting impact in the workplace, the marketplace, and society at large

Our Advise Tracks & The Work You Will Do

When you join our advisor team, you’ll have the opportunity to select one of five tracks that most closely aligns with your areas of interest and background (please indicate your preferred track via the survey link in your application):

• Within the Operations Transformation track, you will shape clients’ operational agendas to help them reimagine and reconfigure the inner workings of their organization, enabling them to deliver on their strategic ambition and capture growth. Example projects may include:
  • Architecting an enterprise operating model and supporting processes to enable growth, optimize capital, and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Leading automated process design and execution using advanced analytical solutions across an organization and / or front, middle, back-office operations
  • Designing a customer operations roadmap for a new product or service encompassing business, operations, and technology activities and dependencies
• Within the Supply Chain track, you will develop strategies across global supply chains, platforms, and networks to support growth, improve productivity and performance, reduce cost and drive long-term profitability. Example projects may include:
  • Developing strategic recommendations to enable green supply chain operations in line with an organization’s sustainability agenda
  • Design digital threads that enable a network of supply chains to operate as one ecosystem of trading partners
  • Create new supply chains to support the production and delivery of new therapies

• Within the Finance track, you will advise executives on how to enhance their finance and business capabilities through new systems, processes, and technologies. You will develop strategies, build capabilities, and deliver as-a-service solutions to support enterprise-wide decision-making. Example projects may include:
  • Transforming a finance organization leveraging digital technologies
  • Advising on how to transform operating models and the way companies work
  • Building an international post-Covid co-location real estate strategy and roadmap
  • Developing predictive and analytical models to provide business insights to executives
  • Streamlining financial processes and payments for multi-business organizations

• Within the Organizational Transformation track, you will shape strategies for the organization and the workforce, supporting transformations through change management, technology-enabled solutions, and other human-centric planning and execution. You will design how different technologies will work with humans to support new strategies and operational initiatives. Example projects may include:
  • Transforming the organization to adapt to digital transformations
  • Redefining work, who does it, and where and how it happens
  • Transforming the workforce and workplace to increase agility and productivity with next-gen tools

• Within the Strategy track, you will help clients identify opportunities for growth through M&A, corporate & business unit strategy, customer strategy, human capital strategy, and technology strategy. Your impact will help clients build business value, drive competitive advantage, and improve enterprise performance for years to come. Example projects may include:
• Building a growth strategy and business case to bring new products to market
• Shaping a post-Covid work, workforce, and workplace strategy and transformation roadmap
• Defining a digital/omnichannel customer experience and architecting a multi-workstream technology transformation to bring the strategy to life
• Developing and executing an acquisition strategy to access new markets

Qualifications:

• MBA degree (expected graduation by August 2023)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Strong academic standing
• Travel up to 50% (due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
