This role will project manage medium sized projects within the Strategic Team within Mobile Networks.
What will you be doing?
• Planning & Delivering - Project manages and delivers medium projects without supervision or complex projects with guidance. Manages medium sized teams. Ensures skills transfer and smooth handover
• Change Management - Understands how and why people resist change and the ways this can be overcome
• Stakeholder Management - can manage conflict and issues with stakeholders escalating significant risks to senior colleagues
• Supplier Management - Creates supplier work packages and manages procurement. Manages delivery scope and resolves deviation
• Financial management - Accurately manages a project budget and coordinates and reconciles budget for delivery of a number of work packages. Ensures accurate forecasting and value for money

• Tailors approach for different members of the team. Manages performance within the team and deals proactively with any performance issues
• Manages groups to achieve desired outcomes, using tools and techniques to maximise the group's decision-making potential
• Achieves specific outcomes, presenting ideas convincingly to build consensus and resolve conflict. Applies techniques to influence, impact and achieve results with stakeholders
• Uses presentation tools and techniques effectively to engage audience. Can adapt style appropriately to achieve desired outcome. Presents ideas clearly using effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques
• Formal PM accreditation
• Knowledge of network technologies and integration
