The Central Digital and Data Office (CDDO) are leaders of the Digital, Data and Technology profession across government. It sets the aspiration and strategy for digitisation and builds capability so that government is equipped with the skills needed to succeed in the internet age. CDDO designs and implements standards to systems and services that are delivered in the right way.

Delivery Managers are responsible for the high performance of a highly-skilled multidisciplinary team delivering a specific product, service or transformation.
You will be core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking.
You’ll be adept at delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll:
• create great agile working environments
• identify the appropriate people and resources for teams
• make sure teams and programmes understand their mission, vision and goals, and that these align across the organisation
• communicate and visualise progress towards these goals
Our delivery professionals work on a diverse range of projects, products and services within GDS, CDDO and across government departments. We’re looking for people with strong interpersonal skills who enjoy working in a demanding, high profile agile environment. We’re looking for people who are passionate about agile working, who care about technology and who know how to make projects succeed. And we want people who believe that how you work is as important as what you deliver.

• proven experience in delivering digital projects and products
• proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
• understanding of the digital landscape
