We are a Tableau Preferred Partner and the Alteryx Global Partner of the Year for 2020.We are looking for a Delivery Manager with a strong understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Analysis to join our team and support enterprise clients in the US.The position will work alongside the Sales, Implementation, and Professional Services teams at Data Meaning as a strategic partner. The Delivery Manager is responsible for project scoping/estimation, project management, producing on-time and on-budget deliverables, and 360-degree communication. The position will also be responsible for generating and delivering data insights and analysis to clients.Responsibilities:Translate and assist with the development of product roadmaps and feature requests into models, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, SDLC Documentation, and other program artifactsCreate, update, and maintain responsibility for program documentation and artifacts including technical and functional procedures, technical documentation, architectural diagrams, DR plans, and requirements traceability matricesMaintain responsibility for contractual deliverablesCollaborate with technical SMEs, architects, developers, and other leads to drive requirementsIdentify, analyze, and track risks; communicate statuses, and escalate concerns when neededIdentify and coordinate cross-team dependenciesWork with project management, development teams, and other departments to actively remove obstacles blocking progress and ensure program is within schedulePrioritize and groom the team(s) backlogLeading daily stand-ups, grooming, demos, and other team and client meetingsCreating work estimates, tracking progress, and reporting status in the form of burn up/down chartsUnderstand the design, business logic, and technical architecture of the platform components and how those components interact with the rest of the platformServe as the primary expert (functional, not technical) for the components for which you are responsibleBe an active participant in the entire customer life cycle, working in tandem with sales to ensure the client and all projects receive the proper technical support. Requirements: 5+ years of experience with data analysis, collection, management, and organization5 years of experience in technical program management or delivery management of medium/large enterprise clients Deep knowledge of business intelligence and data science best practices Recognize the importance of data visualization choices to convey insights Comfortable working with sales, billing, and financial information.Highly diligent and aware of organizational initiatives yet knows how to stay prioritizedStrong familiarity with writing SQL queries across DBs including PostgresProblem-solving, quantitative and analytical abilities Highly organized Ability to manage time and resources effectively in order to achieve goalsImpeccable attention to detailAbility to multitask make progress on multiple projects in parallelGreat communication skills
