Overview

At Publicis Groupe, we are looking for a Delivery Director fluent in English to join Publicis Global Delivery, the delivery center that we created to become a global interconnected network and support our sister companies´ business worldwide.

Qualification 

 looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:• Background in Media and Data and passionate about staying informed of new technologies and applying them to our teams and client work.• 6+ years of people and account management experience• Experience in developing and delivering professional weekly status reports for multiple projects, change management oversight, coordination, and communication, and monthly rhythm of the business presentations that provide project status, issues, risks, mitigation plans, and timelines to senior management.• Ability to create and maintain release schedule and process flows and diagrams.• Effective communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of managed services developers and business owners.• Own and manage end-to-end scenarios with stakeholders and data.• Strong written & verbal communication skills.• English level C1ResponsibilitiesBy joining our team you will work with all the Data Capability teams and with the Data Capability SVP on developing and managing relationships across all Groupe Agency partners. You will manage day-to-day relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact to support the overall development of the business´ accounts and clients globally. day -to-day, your role includes:• Establish specific goals and KPIs that indicate success and ensure tactics help achieve those goals.• Drive country level strategic planning, and oversee the implementation of business plans, strategies, budgets and forecasts that reflect and deliver upon the longer-term global objectives and priorities established.• Establish an environment that facilitates and motivates employees to work toward the achievement of organizational goals by helping develop career paths, training programs, and team-building activities• Help ensure the proper operational controls, administrative/reporting procedures, and people/systems in place to effectively grow while ensuring operating efficiency• Overall utilization management, team optimization, prioritization, contract management for the teams• Prepare and present reports, analyses, and findings to leadership and partner
