Develop and manage new and existing dealer client relationships in assigned territories. Produce appropriate level of volume/portfolio growth on a monthly basis. In addition, support all Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives directed by management.
\"ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Â Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Â Specific activities may change from time to time. Â
1. Build and maintain strong dealer relationships by presenting the company’s value promise to all dealership personnel inclusive of Finance Directors, Sales Managers, General Managers and Dealer Principals. Update the dealer on current programs, changes and special promotions. Â
2. Follow up on approved applications while educating dealers on benefits of our program and overall ability to build dealer profit. Â Train dealers on funding process and requirements to improve efficiency and overall quality while improving dealer Contracts in Transit (CIT).
3. Visit or call active dealers or prospects on a daily basis and document these activities in Salesforce.com.
4. Maintain the assigned Key Performance Indicator standards set for the market.
5. Assist in underwriting applications submitted by dealerships adhering to guidelines and policies. Â Assist Loan Processing team in retrieving missing stipulations on contracts.
6. Assure asset quality and profitability of assigned dealers based on Regional Acceptance Corporation\'s loan criteria and policies based on current risk standards.
7. Monitor and communicate dealer portfolio performance trends with dealership management.
8. Assist in resolving any dealer issues such as straw purchases, missing titles, rebates and missing options.
9. Other Critical Tasks and Duties assigned.Â
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. Three years of industry-related experience with a working knowledge of automotive lending.
3. Excellent marketing and communication skills
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
5. Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with dealers as well as associates
6. Strong sales and negotiation ability to close dealers on our program
7. Ability to work independently during times of limited supervision
8. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
9. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
10. Reliable and professional personal transportation to perform designated duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Ability to work with minimum supervision
2. Lending experience in a finance environment
3. Established relationships within designated market
