Job Description:

We’re supporting our clients as they adapt to a new world in the wake of COVID-19. We’re now recruiting for roles which will help our clients to deliver vital services and to resume business wherever possible.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop deep understanding of client needs, and translate them into winning Solution Designs as part of a final Proposal
• Develop Solution Plan to support sales processes lead by Industry Sectors
• Manage the Solutioning process, resources, plans, budgets, deliverables
• Lead customer pilots and trials supporting specific client opportunities
• Manage the formal and informal interactions with internal and external teams to support the Solution
• Own the technical enablement of the sales team for Data, AI and Automation with a focus on customer use cases
• Lead knowledge management efforts to best enable sales team members quickly find answers to their questions
• Provide input to the Portfolio team to enhance and update existing and new Portfolio offerings
• Add to the Data, AI and Automation knowledge base (customer use cases, proposals, solutions)

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent at understanding client needs and developing winning commercial solutions
• Broad understanding of technologies and processes used across Data, AI and Automation
• Deep Subject Matter expertise in at least 3 area of Data, AI and Automation
• Strong people management and leadership skills, able to bring together teams and deliver agreed, coherent and complete solutions
• Solid experience of Solution Development (more for senior level roles)
• Extensive demonstratable experience in Data, AI, BI, Automation Project and Bid Management (including team management) experience in Consulting or Delivery roles
