As the Data Scientist Manager, you will be recognized as global system and technology experts, supporting Quality Management with optimization of quality, value, time, resources and minimizing risks to compliance or quality. This position leads Computer System Quality Assurance activities including review and approval of computer system validation plans and reports, changes control of computer systems and other related activities. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement through harmonization of site quality systems and technical services using appropriate process improvement and problem-solving techniques.

Qualifications
Education:
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.), or degree with relevant experience
You're a good fit if you have:
Data analytics and big data modeling to define new processes/digital solutions leveraging the consumer voice to drive consumer delight, connecting various data sources End to End and meeting Quality Assurance compliance standards for Baby/Fem business.
Strong computer skills, experience and ability for data tracking, analysis, and reporting and building data models. Knowledge of MS Office package especially Excel and/or Power BI and the ability to demonstrate or quickly learn data manipulation.
Experience and passion for learning and applying skills in any of the following digital technology areas: SAP, Enovia, Veeva, Knime, Power Automate, Power APPS and programming (e.g. Python) environments is an advantage.
Communication, collaboration across organizations and effectively work with multiple functions/organizations.
Self-direction and priority setting. Balances the execution of urgent and non-urgent, important priorities, able to make autonomous decisions.
