What you’ll achieve
As a Data Program Associate, you’ll work intimately with the field as a key member of their extended team in the pursuit of incremental revenue through the refresh of assets in our Install Base.  You’ll support a broad range of sales teams in the field, covering the vast majority of Dell’s account base, and your efforts will be supported by innovative tools and processes targeted specifically at driving Tech Refresh.  In addition, you’ll oversee a sales incentive program for field team members who execute Tech Refresh deals.  

You will:

• Collaborate with your sales teams in exploring their install base, looking for assets to refresh, working both directly and indirectly with a variety of data sets

• Work within CRM tools to manage and track activity

• Engage with sales management, providing insights on progress and on gaps in execution via both standard and customized reporting

• Document and administrate registrations for incentives associated with Tech Refresh deals

Essential Requirements 

• Previous experience in a sales support role

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent communication skills, in both written and oral (including presentation) formats

• Strong sense of urgency and accountability

• Detail-oriented

Desirable Requirements 

• Strong working knowledge of Excel

• Experience with SFDC and PowerBI
