Job Description

Within Accredo’s Learning & Development (L&D) team, we are looking for a Data Measurement & Reporting Lead Analyst with deep experience performing front-end analysis and a solid track record of proposing highly effective changes to the learning experience based on data. We want you to help us identify trends and areas for improvement, share data-grounded insights, and propose and drive innovative solutions that are scalable in improving team effectiveness and performance. You will drive L&D’s business intelligence and be responsible for accurate tracking, trending, data analysis, and presenting data and solutions to our Accredo L&D teams and internal customers.

Essential Functions

  • Utilize in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends across the L&D teams and the business groups we support.
  • Source key enterprise learning portfolio metrics, conduct complex data analyses, maintain multiple customer-facing dashboards, and develop new solutions based on stakeholder and internal customer feedback to improve quality, compliance, and learner experience.
  • Monitor quantitative and qualitative reports, dashboards, and survey feedback to assess team performance statuses and help answer critical L&D and business questions.
  • Coordinate and interface with internal teams to gather project requirements and provide insight into capabilities, best practices, and solutions.
  • Seek requirements to build scalable, learning data and information solutions that measure impact and ROI.
  • Research and present new enhancement solutions to support internal strategic business framework.
  • Communicate results and suggestions effectively to the stakeholders involved, including designing visual representation of findings and contributing to the improvements that are recommended.
  • Identify LMS configuration strategy ensuring data is structured effectively to flow from it into Tableau and other internal applications.
  • Provides advanced professional input to complex L&D assignments and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or Master’s degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Tableau (preferred) and/or other visualization tools
  • Strong knowledge of database management concepts, application and data modeling, and how data flows into and out of applications
  • Extensive experience with Excel including implementing data structures that streamline report extraction and data analysis required
  • Exceptional math and communication skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong experience with MS Office products including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done
  • Ability to work independently, present and coordinate with a team, or function as a lead creative problem solver

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
