Position Summary:

The Data Integration Lead is responsible for end-to-end design, development, and support of data integration solutions that comply with our organization’s architecture and security standards and best practices. The position will maintain, approve, and review data models and provide leadership and guidance to those doing data analysis, constructing technical designs, and developing data ingestion pipelines.  The position will work directly with our organization’s architecture and security teams to enhance and update our data platform while collaborating with project team members, business stakeholders, and support our existing data solutions.  This position will also lead, prioritize, and review the work activities of offshore development and support resources.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Responsible for the solution architecture, design, development, and support of data integration solutions.

Drive data sourcing and integration solution design and development on hybrid (cloud & on-prem) data solutions.

Provide leadership and guidance for all data analysis.

Create, maintain, approve, and review data models for analytics.

Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to all teammates.

Mentor and help onboard new teammates.

Lead security and architecture review process on behalf of team for new enhancements and changes to our data platform.

Provide consultative services and guidance for projects that need to leverage data in our platform.

Document and maintain platform architecture and data flow diagrams.

Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Infrastructure, Support, DBA and Business team.

Assist with task identification and effort estimates for development.

Assist with risk and issue identification and resolution.

Provide off-hour/weekend support (on a rotating basis).

Other projects or duties as assigned.
