Deep and rich experience in leading data governance projects and/or processes
Deep experience in the creation and implementation of strategies for global organizations
Experience with a focus on working with multi-brand organizations, consumer analytics and personal and/or sensitive data
Proven ability to influence director-level leadership, able to persuade leaders to change behaviors and invest behind new approaches and strategies
Proven ability to motivate, guide and partner with highly-skilled professionals and data experts including strategy, product, operations, technology and data & analytics to achieve strategic goals and drive change in their ways of working
Great at developing new relationships, driving positive change, and matching analytics opportunities to data acquisition strategy
Ability to communicate complex subjects in a clear and simple way
Excellent planning, project management, organizational orchestration and peer relationships skills

Role model the ecosystem approach across all divisions
Champion ecosystem led Pet and Pet Parent centric approaches, and align data governance processes to the business strategy and priorities
Be the voice of eco-system analytics (pet health and monetary) for division data governance roadmaps
Own the tracking, monitoring and audit of data governance activities
Be an expert partner for Division Data Directors and data asset to protect data, by ensuring the best governance practices are implemented
Work closely with Data Engineering teams to automate and accelerate data access processes, establishing Data Governance SLA’s
Chair regular reviews for the data governance processes ensuring Data & Analytics Leadership team has clear visibility of what’s being approved, and why
Proactively staying ahead of data governance developments and changes across fast-moving legislations and markets
