As a Data Governance Manager in the Enterprise Data Solutions group, you will lead the Enterprise Data Governance (DG) & Data Quality (DQ) agenda. In EDS, our goal is to stay at the forefront of data and analytics in order to deliver innovative solutions to organize our data, making it accessible and useful across our business areas to drive enterprise business value. You will drive the strategic direction and maturity of Data Governance & Quality practice along with aligning and influencing our Enterprise data strategy. This is a highly collaborative role across all business units. You will play an active role and lead efforts to build a strong data foundation and enable our knowledge workers to effectively utilize data in deriving business insights. The direct reporting group consists of a high-performing team of consultants responsible for maturing and supporting DG & DQ organization, tools & processes.

Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or Statistics or other related fields of study and 2 years in a supervisory/management role.

In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years' analyst experience and 2 years in a supervisory/management role.

Preferred Skills

Prior management experience with ability to coach and develop high performing teams

Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels

Experience in data analysis, data management or other data-related function

Compensation

$125,000 - $145,000/year depending on position level and experience

Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
