A fantastic entry level opportunity for a graduate or equivalent with good analytical and MS Excel skills to join the Costa Express business as an Inventory Coordinator – Data. You will be part of a team of 6 who ensure maintenance, repairs, installations and setting up machines across the UK&I adhere to SLAs / KPIs by reviewing stock situations and ensuring the right parts are “on the van” at the right time.

A bit about the role...
 

Reporting to the Inventory Team Leader, you will provide a world class Costa Express experience to our partners, customers, and internal stakeholders by effective communication of Spare Parts and Inventory KPI’s.

You will analyse all available data to spot trends to improve performance of department and provide reporting on the Inventory department for key business stakeholders – Encouraging best practise regarding inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting and Data Analysis
• Regular review of van replenishment levels and stock locations to ensure correct stock profile is held and implementing changes with the Team Leader if necessary
• Producing Daily Ops figures to the business outlining performance and SLAs

• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Sharing best practice and knowledge with colleagues
• Supporting the Team leader with training new team members, delivering data / reporting improvements and liaising with suppliers regarding faulty parts and process
• Assisting the Inventory Manager with Audit Preparation and completion of stock counts
• Support the Team in successful delivery of Operational Projects, Replacement of Field Service management System, Logistical changes.

A bit about you…

• A graduate from a mathematical or analytical degree discipline or equivalent
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, V-look Up and formulas)
• An understanding of Inventory, stock systems and processes is desirable
• Demonstrates Costa Key Values: Passion, Warmth, Courage and Trust
• Strong Planning & Organisation skills
• Excellent communication and ability to build effective relationships – internal teams and external partners
• Passion for improving processes
• Experience of Solarvista, Power BI or D365 systems is advantageous
