THE OPPORTUNITY

This individual will lead and continuously improve end-to-end service delivery on a global level for the Data Catalog Product team and applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide requirements and review results with our operations vendor (in other words, there is some vendor management responsibility)

Ensure operational excellence by implementing processes and KPIs as defined in ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library).

Ensure service delivery including; overall quality of service, service transition, service operations, and service level management and controls.

Qualifications

Required

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience using practical and hands-on experience in implementing projects & solutions using Microsoft Azure stack and Linx.

Bachelor's degree in related field.

Preferred

Experience with service desk applications like ServiceNow, and ITIL

Hands-on experience writing clean, effective code

Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools

Experience with SCRUM and DevOps methodologies
