Job Overview

Data and Research Associate will be responsible for doing different researches relevant to Foundations mission and strategy. He/she will also do permanent analysis of signatories and potential target groups which will be the basis for strategy adjustments and decision making about engagement activities of the Foundation.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing research and analysis in potential markets/communities to identify and evaluate opportunities;• Use qualitative and quantitative data to monitor progress and derive insights about the Foundation’s performance;• Create different scenarios, methods and innovative analysis of available data to develop solutions;• Develop analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making across the Foundation;• Manage data collection and storage to ensure data availability, security and integrity;• Conduct data cleaning and quality control to remove errors and ensure data integrity;• Prepare reports about signatories’ database based on different analysis;• Gather and prepare materials from across the organization for quarterly reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field;• Minimum 3 years of experience in this role;• Strong understanding of various research methodologies, statistical concepts, and data analysis;• Strong quantitative and analytics skills;• Keen attention to detail;• Superior organizational, time management and planning skills;• Good command of Armenian, English and Russian.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis, business analytics, and data visualization;• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases
