As a senior data analyst on our Frontline Experience team, you’ll support/develop metrics for Progressive Call center phone sales' consultants by conducting complex mathematical/statistical models.  Using your passion for problem solving, you’ll tell the story behind the data, predict future behaviors, and help critical stakeholders make decisions that impact the company. Remote work allowed.

Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience

Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience

Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience

Preferred skills

Knowledge of large data concepts, practices and terminology

Proven aptitude for learning and using data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau

Highly proficient in programming skills (e.g. SAS or Python or SQL)

Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment

Intermediate computer skills including MS Office – such as PowerPoint and Excel - with advanced skills in spreadsheet functionality including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, graphing and macros 

Compensation 

$66,300 - $107,000/year depending on position level and experience 

Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings; Progressive rewards each of us with an annual bonus based on company performance
