As a Data Analyst Senior on the Claims Field and Commercial Lines Staffing team, you will become an expert in multiple staffing metrics as you work with Claims Leaders to develop staffing forecast, recommendations and assess staffing risks. In this role, you will have an opportunity to develop new tools and dashboards, create new insights, and dive into challenging business questions. You will also support Claims Process organizations to determine potential FTE costs and benefits related to process changes and any new initiatives. Remote work allowed.
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience
Preferred skills
Knowledge of large data concepts, practices and terminology
Strong presentation and communication skills
Highly proficient in programming skills (e.g. SAS or R or SQL)
Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
Intermediate computer skills including MS Office – such as PowerPoint and Excel - with advanced skills in spreadsheet functionality including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, graphing and macros
Compensation
$66,300-$88,400/per year
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings; Progressive rewards each of us with an annual bonus based on company performance
