As a Data Analyst Senior in Performance Measurement & Analysis, you'll work with internal customers to understand their requirements, collaborate with analysts on our team, present unique findings to leadership, and support innovation through dashboarding capabilities and new tools.  We support a $1 billion arm of Progressive by providing analytics and reporting for our Call Center, Inbound Call Support Vendors, and Work Force Management teams.  In addition, system automation and data validation are significant deliverables in this role. Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience

Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience

Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience

Preferred skills

Knowledge of SAS and Tableau.  Experience with Hadoop, Python, GitHub, SSIS, and AWS preferred but not required.

Demonstrated application of statistical analysis in creating recommendations and identifying next steps.

Understanding of basic data analysis methodologies such as multivariate regression.

Modeling expertise in regression, decision trees, and machine-learning classification techniques.  

Experience working with structured data in databases and unstructured data such as text-based information.

Compensation

$66,300 - $88,400

Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
