As a Data Analyst Mid on the People Analytics Team, you will partner with both Corporate and Field HR to develop a variety of reporting solutions. This exciting, customer-facing role offers exceptional variety and exposure to a broad spectrum of people data by fulfilling ad hoc report requests while also taking ownership of several recurring, flagship reports. In addition, you’ll use your technical and entrepreneurial skills to develop innovative, self-service reporting tools using the latest technologies.

Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience
Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
Instead of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience
Preferred skills
Use of SAS, SQL and/or T-SQL to retrieve & manipulate data as well as Tableau, Power BI to tell people stories; SQL Server knowledge a plus
Has experience working and communicating directly with customers/stakeholders to build reporting solutions with an eye on performance optimization, ease of use
Experience presenting & explaining insights/trends in the data to customers, questioning the status quo, driving for the “whyâ€, & recommending a course of action
Self-starter, yet works collaboratively within a team & across all levels of an organization
Approaches work with a powerful sense of ownership, curiosity, & a strong dedication to continuous improvement
Compensation
Mid level $54,800 - $73,100/year
Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
