Job Description
As a Data Analyst Lead within our CL Experience group, you will collaborate with business partners, BI developers, and execution teams to improve overall customer and agent experience.
You’ll have the opportunity to enable data, bring together quantitative analysis and data visualization to help us improve operational efficiency and ease of use.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
Preferred skills
- Google analytics, SQL and Tableau or similar experience
- Advanced Excel and VBA
- Advanced analytical and technical methods to solve complex business problems
- Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with various levels and roles
- Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
Compensation
- $78.700 - $104,900/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
