As a Data Analyst Lead at Level20, you will join a team building innovative new businesses and products. You’ll be responsible for analyzing and reporting across many workstreams including financial planning and analysis, pricing analysis, risk management, customer experience, and product design. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recurring business reporting and projections for both internal and external stakeholders. To achieve these goals, you will partner with business, operations, and technical stakeholders to define the data analytics strategy and implementation plan for the data warehouse structure, determining analytics goals and defining KPIs for the business.

You’ll have a hybrid in-office schedule where work from home is possible on Mondays and Fridays, and Tuesdays through Thursdays you will be in our brand new downtown Cleveland, OH office.
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience
Instead of a degree, a minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
Preferred skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, charts, graphs and manipulating spreadsheets)
Intermediate to advanced SQL; Python or R programming preferred but not required.
Strong communications skills both written and verbal with the ability to prepare reports and conduct presentations to leadership and employee groups
Ability to analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
Compensation
$80,300 - $107,000/year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
