As a Data Analyst Lead on the TNC team (Transportation Network Companies) within Claims Control, you will be responsible for leading and completing key analytical initiatives for both our external TNC customers and our internal stakeholders within Commercial Product, Commercial Pricing, Loss Reserving, and Claims. You will also be responsible for managing the relationships with the analytics teams of our TNC customers and providing support for any data questions that they may have. Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience

Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience

Instead of a degree, a minimum of eight years of analytical work experience

Preferred skills

Intermediate to expert programming skills with SAS, SQL, R, or Python, plus intermediate skills with Tableau or another data visualization tool

Strong relationship management skills, to include proven influencing and negotiating skills

Strong analytical skills

Ability to work independently and successfully manage work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of source to target mapping for data management

Compensation

Lead level: $80,300 - $107,000/year

Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
