As a Data Analyst Lead / Manager you'll lead a team of three analysts to support our Legal Group initiatives and customer remediation efforts through data production, reporting, analysis and automation. The Associate Manager will effectively prioritize the team’s work, collaborate with business partners across Legal and provide insight and direction. Their efforts support the larger team’s efforts to use analytics, automation, and data visualization tools to optimize Legal Group reporting. The ability to skillfully demonstrate leadership capabilities, as well as strong analytical, prioritization and mentoring skills define success in the role. Remote work allowed.

Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or Statistics or other related fields of study and a minimum of 3 years prior analyst experience.

In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years analyst experience.

Preferred Skills

Strong programming skills (i.e. SAS, SQL) and familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau

Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience training/mentoring others

Prior experience interpreting insurance policy & quoting data

Compensation

$80,300- $107,000/year

Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
